Our Solutions

At Green Soluation, we focus on four core technologies to drive the future of clean energy:

1. Electrolyzers: Producing Hydrogen from Water

Electrolysis is the process of splitting water (H₂O) into its fundamental elements—hydrogen (H₂) and oxygen (O₂)—using electricity. This method allows us to produce clean hydrogen with zero carbon emissions.

How Electrolysis Works:

  • Water Input: Pure water is fed into the electrolyzer.

  • Electric Current Applied: Electricity from renewable sources (wind, solar, or nuclear) is passed through the water.

  • Separation of Hydrogen & Oxygen: The electrical energy breaks the molecular bonds in water, releasing hydrogen gas at the cathode (-) and oxygen gas at the anode (+).

  • Hydrogen Collection & Storage: The extracted hydrogen is captured, purified, and stored for future use in fuel cells or industrial applications.

Green Soluation Electrolysis Technologies:

  • Alkaline Electrolysis – Ideal for large-scale hydrogen production, offering high durability and cost-efficiency.

  • PEM Electrolysis – Delivers high efficiency, rapid response time, and a compact design, making it suitable for flexible energy demands.

  • AEM Electrolysis – A promising, innovative technology that provides stability and greater tolerance for impurities, making it perfect for small to mid-scale applications.

2. Fuel Cells: Converting Hydrogen into Electricity

Once hydrogen is produced, it can be converted into electricity using fuel cells. Fuel cells work similarly to batteries, but instead of storing energy, they continuously generate electricity as long as hydrogen and oxygen are supplied.

How a Fuel Cell Works:

  1. Hydrogen Input: Hydrogen gas is fed into the fuel cell’s anode.

  2. Electrochemical Reaction: A catalyst (such as platinum) splits the hydrogen molecules (H₂) into protons (H⁺) and electrons (e⁻).

  3. Electricity Generation:

    • The electrons flow through an external circuit, creating an electric current to power devices or feed the grid.

    • The protons pass through a special membrane to the cathode, where they combine with oxygen (O₂) from the air, forming water (H₂O) as the only byproduct.

  4. Clean Power Output: This process generates continuous, emission-free electricity to be used in various applications.

Since fuel cells only emit water and heat, they offer a sustainable alternative to fossil fuel power generation.

How We Utilize Our Energy

After generating electricity from hydrogen fuel cells, GreenHydro distributes and stores the energy through two primary methods:

  • Selling electricity directly to the grid

  • Storing excess energy im and ultra capacitor battery containers for later use

This allows us to provide clean, stable, and sustainable energy to various sectors, including industrial operations, mining, and transportation.

3. Energy Storage: Lithium & Ultra Capacitor Batteries

To ensure continuous and stable energy availability, we store excess electricity in high-capacity batteries:

Lithium Battery Storage:

  • Each unit is a 40-foot container with a capacity of 10 megawatts, capable of storing and delivering power whenever needed.

Ultra Capacitor Batteries:

Ultra capacitors, also known as supercapacitors, bridge the gap between conventional capacitors and batteries by storing energy through electrostatic separation rather than chemical reactions.

Key Features of Ultra Capacitors:

  • High Power Density: Can deliver large amounts of power quickly, making them ideal for applications requiring quick energy bursts.

  • Rapid Charging and Discharging: Unlike traditional batteries, ultra capacitors charge and discharge almost instantly.

  • Long Cycle Life: Can endure millions of charge/discharge cycles without degradation.

  • Wide Temperature Range: Perform well in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold.

  • Low Maintenance: Do not rely on chemical reactions, requiring minimal upkeep.

  • Environmentally Friendly: Contain no toxic chemicals and have a longer lifespan than traditional batteries.

  • Energy Density: While they store less energy than batteries, they excel in delivering high power quickly.

4. Data Centers Powered by Green Energy

GreenHydro offers over 500,000 square feet of space for data centers powered by clean, renewable energy. Our green electricity ensures data centers operate with reduced carbon footprints, providing a sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective energy solution for high-performance computing and storage needs.

5. Manufacturing: Sustainable Production with Green Energy

At GreenHydro, we integrate sustainability into manufacturing by utilizing renewable energy to power eco-friendly production facilities. Our 200,000-square-foot facility focuses on two key areas:

Dandelion Rubber Extraction

We source dandelions from farmers and extract natural rubber, providing a sustainable alternative to traditional rubber production. This rubber is used to manufacture:

  • Tires – Eco-friendly alternatives for the automotive industry
  • Industrial Applications – Conveyor belts, seals, and hoses
  • Medical Products – Latex gloves, surgical supplies, and medical tubing

Turning Farming Waste into Fertilizers

We convert crop residues, animal waste, food processing waste, and other organic materials into high-quality fertilizers, reducing agricultural waste and promoting circular economy practices.

GreenHydro operates a 100,000-square-foot cold storage facility, providing 20,000 rentable pallet spaces for businesses requiring energy-efficient freezing solutions. Unlike conventional cold storage, our facility is powered by absorption chiller technology using solar energy.

How It Works:

  • Solar Energy Generation – Captures sunlight and converts it into thermal energy to power the cooling system.
  • Absorption Chiller Technology – Uses a heat-driven cooling cycle instead of electricity-intensive compressors, reducing energy consumption.
  • Cold Storage Operation – Ensures consistent low temperatures with advanced monitoring and control systems.
